HOW TO GET REMOTE SUPPORT

 

1. If you have used TeamViewer on this computer before, skip to step.

2. Otherwise, download TeamViewer,the software that enables us to remotely access your computer.

3. After downloading, open the TeamViewer application.

4. Call Elite PCS at (310) 980 1397 to schedule an appointment.

5. At your appointment time, make sure that you are connected to the internet, then launch  TeamViewer application.

6. After  TeamViewer application opens, locate your ID and password.

7. Share with the technician your ID and password to stablish a connection.

8. A Elite PCS technician will access your computer for diagnosis and repair.
